Micro blogging is very VERY powerful.
I found this site when I noticed Ron's Twitter post. Funny though, just a few months ago I had no idea what Twitter was. Then when I found out that you could only post about 200 characters I thought "That's dumb".
Well, let me tell you...it's not. Not at all! I love it because now I only follow those who I want to follow. I don't need a long drawn out email or blog post to entice me to click the link. If I follow you on Twitter, chances are I'll click YOUR link just because you posted it (if I see it).
Pick your friends carefully instead of just accepting everybody and you will find that it is a really good way to give and find nicely relevant links based on who you follow.
